Because a majority of members were unable to attend, the agenda was briefly discussed. Further discussions will take place at a future meeting. The committee will continue to meet during the summer.

The 15 students are here and participating in the program, with everything going well so far.
84 applications for the fall semester were received, with 53 from international students and 31 from domestic students. Two students have been admitted for the summer and six will be admitted for fall. Five offers were extended and declined and another seven applicants withdrew their applications in favor of another institution.
Pam suggested that the deadline for notification of applicants is changed to April 15 instead of June 1, since the April 15 date is a national deadline and using this deadline might make us more competitive with other institutions. One problem with this is that most faculty members do not know if they have fall funding by this date.
The Graduate College is developing an eBrochure for each program to help with marketing. Each program is being asked to edit their brochure with program specific information.
Curriculum Discussion:
Pam will ask for volunteers from the Supervisory Committee to serve on a Curriculum Committee.
Next meeting is Wednesday, July 11 at 9 am in the VRAC Allbaugh Conference Room.
