Logistics and Admin

Housing - Students are housed at Fredericksen Court in four-bedroom apartments, with four students per apartment. More information about Fredericksen Court can be found at http://www.housing.iastate.edu/frederiksen_apartments.php . The cost of housing is provided by the program.

Meals - Dining is in the Union Drive Marketplace in the Union Drive Community Center. Students will receive a meal plan, plus dining dollars. Meals are not served on Sunday evenings. All dining dollars must be spent by August 1, as they are not refundable. The cost of meals is provided by the program. Payroll - Interns will receive a stipend of $4000 for the ten week program. Students will be paid on June 30, July 31, and August 31.

Recreation - You are entitled to use the ISU Recreation Facilities free with your ISU ID. More information can be found at http://www.recservices.iastate.edu/facilities/homepage.html.

Email - You will receive an ISU email address. Announcements will be sent to you daily to your ISU email account. We recommend that you either check that account daily or forward these messages to an account that you will check on a regular basis.
