Morning

• Finally got the clock to tick. (Yes, I'm slow, I know. I take my weekends seriously)
  
• Was reading about packages for Java, kinda get it, kinda not (I'll ask Tom or Prasad)

Afternoon

• Poster session (things to remember when making a poster):
  • size is about: 24" x 36"
  • summarize the project w/ either a summary itself, or an abstract
  • always end w/ results, conclusions, future work, or a summary
• Was it just me or did anyone else realize that the thing for August 1 was a poster? I don't know what exactly it was that confused me though.
• Prasad came over and helped us make a connection between our computers (kinda, not really in that sense). So every time we update on the Baseplate code or someone else does, the rest are informed over the connection (meaning we have to update and commit our work every time we update or someone else updates)

Today's random news:

• Concept design: Tablet that has the world in your hands (trust me, it'll make sense when you see it)
• Cool paper-cut art
• (This one's just weird) Reserve your space for Heaven or Hell!! (Uh...yeah)
• Cute 3-year-old knows more Star Wars than I do (probably, but still kinda interesting)
